Vide order dated 8/9/2023 this Court was pleased to grant stay to the execution of the impugned Judgment and Award subject to Appellant depositing entire amount of compensation. While doing so, the Court has not specified as to where the amount is to be deposited. It is, accordingly, clarified that the amount of compensation be deposited within ten days from today with the Registry.
