It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the appeal, the respondent no.6 has expired and her legal heir is already on record. Thus, the applicant wants to delete respondent no.6 from the array of the respondents. As per the bailiff report dated 29.02.2022, the respondent no.6 is reported to be dead on 27.04.2021. Death Certificate is on record.

In view of above, the applicant is permitted to delete the name of deceased respondent no.6 from the array of respondents, at the risk of the applicant/appellant.
