There is a delay in filing the First Appeal against the award passed by the learned Jt. CJSD, Akola. Since, the contention is that due to the acquisition, the applicants were displaced and became homeless as well as due to financial condition they could not file the appeal on time.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The appeal be registered.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
