Mahadeo S/O. Madhav Mankar And Others v. The Collector, Nagpur And Others

CAF NO. 456/2024 in F.A. ST. 166/2024 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :21.02.2024 This application is taken out for deletion of deceased appellant nos. 6 and 7 from the array of the appellants.

It is stated in the application that the appellant no.6 Ahilyabai Madhav Mankar passed away on 01.06.2017 and appellant no. 7 Subhadrabai wd/o Jairam Mate passed on 01.06.2021 and their legal heirs are already on record i.e. appellant nos. 1, 2, 8a, 8b, 8c, 9, 10, 11 and 12. The application is supported by affidavit. Copies of death certificates are enclosed with the application.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The appellant is permitted to delete the names of appellant nos.6 and 7 from the array of appellants, at the risk of the appellants.
