A statement is made by the learned counsel for the appellant that the amount of compensation has been deposited before the Labour Court, Nagpur.

In view of the statement, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned award dated 11.10.2024 passed by the learned Commissioner under the Employees' Compensation Act and Judge, 2nd Labour Court, Nagpur in W.C.A. No. B-81/2014, till decision of this appeal. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
