This is an application filed by respondent nos.1 to 3 for withdrawal of the amount of compensation. 2.

It is stated that the amount deposited by the appellant has been wrongly mentioned in the prayer as well as in the application. It is submitted that an amount of Rs.29,81,465/- has been deposited by the appellant. He seeks permission for withdrawal of the said amount. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, respondent no.2 - Rajendra Sahebrao Jaisingpure, is permitted to withdraw 90% of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, on behalf of himself and on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 3 being their constituted attorney, on furnishing usual undertaking.

Respondent no.2 shall file an affidavit within two weeks from withdrawal of the amount, stating therein that
