The Application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount.

The learned Counsel for the Applicants/Claimants submits that the Appeal and Cross-objection has been disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties. The Appellant/Insurance Company has, in all, deposited an amount of Rs. 5,47,000/- + Rs. 17,53,000/- = Rs. 23,00,000/-, out of which, 50% amount of Rs. 5,47,000/- has already been withdrawn. The learned Counsel makes a request to permit the Applicants/Claimants to withdraw balance amount. 3.

Since the Appeal has been disposed of, there appears no reason why should the request be not granted. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed.

The Applicants/Claimants are permitted to withdraw
