It is stated in the application that the address mentioned in the cause title is the only correct address of the said respondent, however, the notice is received back unserved. It is stated that, earlier the said respondent came to be served on the delay application on the given address. Therefore, the applicant wants to serve respondent no.2E by Hamdast. Application is supported by affidavit.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve the respondent no.2E by Hamdast, through Court, returnable within six weeks.
