This is an application for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and order.

Learned advocate for the appellant submits that within one week the appellant is ready to deposit the decretal amount with interest.

In view of this, subject to deposit of the decretal amount with interest within one week, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and order dated 18.03.2021 passed by learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Case No. 32/2014, during pendency of this appeal.
