M/S K.D. Padole Nagpur Through Its Prop. Shri Keshaorao S/O Dodkuji Padole v. The Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, Mumbai

CAF No. 541/2024 in First Appeal No. 820/2006 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 20.02.2024 This application is filed by the applicant for bringing legal representatives of deceased Keshaorao Dodkuji Padole who is sole proprietor of the appellant firm, on record. It is stated that during the pendency of the appeal, the sole proprietor of appellant firm is passed away on 22.11.2023 leaving behind his heirs. Copy of the death certificate is enclosed with the Pursis.

It is seen that the proprietor of the appellant firm passed away on 22.11.2023 and the present application for bringing LR's of deceased is filed on 14.02.2024 i.e. within time and right to sue survives. The application is supported by affidavit.

Hence, the application is allowed. Legal heirs of deceased Keshaorao Dodkuji Padole be brought on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo.
