The proceedings arises out of the Appeal filed under the provisions of Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987. One Mohan Sambhaji Tidke met with a fatal accident. The Respondents/Applicants are his wife, son and daughter. Pending Appeal, wife Godavaribai expired on 11/4/2018. The Appeal came to be withdrawn vide order dated 4/9/2023. Thereafter on 10/12/2023 son of Mohan Tidke namely, Hanuman also expired. The only legal representative now alive is Ashwini, the daughter of Mohan Tidke.

In view of above, permission to delete name of wife Godavari and son Hanuman of Mohan Tidke is granted. 3.

Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 4.

Further request to withdraw the amount of

2/2 7.caf.549.2024 in fa.211.2013.odt Rs.4,00,000/- is granted. The amount shall be paid to the Applicant/Respondent No.3 Ashwini d/o Mohan Tidke, upon depositing the mandate form containing all bank details of the Applicant/Respondent No.3.
