Present application is filed by the appellant for grant of stay.

In view of the undertaking given by the appellant that the entire decretal amount shall be deposited within a period of six week, there shall be stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award dated 29/01/2024, passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara in M.A.C.P.
