O R D E R

(Passed on 13th December, 2025.) 1.

The matter is taken up in Lok Adlat. Both the parties have amicably settled the matter. Insurance Company respondent no. 2 agreed to pay the additional amount of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Four Lakhs) within a period of 60 days. Appellant no. 1 is present before the Court. Appellant nos. 2 to 4 appeared through Video Conferencing. They agreed to accept the amount as full and final settlement. Hence appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise. 2.

Amount if deposited by insurance company be transferred in the respective bank accounts of the appellant nos. 1 to 4, detail of which is given in the pursis along with the manner of apportionment. 3.

Form "N" and the terms of compromise and bank detail pursis be treated as part of the award.

Court fees be refunded as per Rules.
