On the condition that the appellant shall deposit the entire amount as awarded vide judgment and award dated 30.08.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Saoner, District Nagpur in Land Acquisition Case No.200334/2012 along with accrued interest with this Court within a period of eight weeks from today, execution of the said judgment and award shall remain stayed until further orders.
