By this Application, the Respondent Nos.1 and 2/Claimants are seeking to withdraw the decreetal amount deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company. 2.

The Appeal under question i.e. First Appeal No. 274/2012 has been disposed of in National Lok Adalat dated 12/3/2022.

In view of above and for the reasons set out in the Application, Civil Application is allowed.

Decreetal amount with accrued interest be disbursed to all the Claimants in terms of the Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia.
