By the present Application, the Respondent No.1/Claimant seeks to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the Appellant/VIDC.

I have gone through the Judgment and considering the nature of evidence on record, it will be appropriate to permit the Respondent No.1 to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited by the Appellant upon furnishing undertaking
