CAF No. 721/2024 in First Appeal No. 404/2013 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated :02.04.2024 This application is filed by the applicant for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent no.1- Annasaheb Mahadeorao Thakre on record. It is stated in the application that respondent no.1 expired on 01.02.2024 leaving behind his legal heirs. Hence it is necessary to bring LRs of deceased respondent no.1 on record as right to sue survives. The copy of death certificate is filed on record vide Pursis St. No. 16/2024 dated 19.03.2024. The application is supported by affidavit.

It is seen that the respondent no.1 passed away on 01.02.2024 and the present application for bringing LR's of the deceased is filed on 28.02.2024 i.e.

within time and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed. LR's of aforesaid deceased be brought on record.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo.
