AUGUST 12, 2025 1) The applicants/appellants have filed this application to condone the delay of 31 days caused in filing the appeal; for which learned counsel for respondent No.1 has given no objection and learned counsel for respondent No.2 has objected to the same.

2) Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application, I do not find substance in the objection raised by the learned counsel for respondent No.2. Moreover, the respondent has given no objection. As such, the application is allowed as prayed. The delay of 31 days is hereby condoned. Appeal to be registered accordingly.
