Despite grant of time of four and three weeks to deposit the decreetal amount, in both the appeal, vide orders dated 16.10.2025 and 15.10.2025, respectively, today again time is sought to deposit the decreetal amount.

One week time is granted to the appellant in both the appeal to deposit the decreetal amount, however, subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only), to be paid by each of the appellant to the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur, within a week from today.
