2. Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by the Reference Court along with interest accrued therein within 12 weeks with this Court.

In view of the above there shall be stay to the execution of impugned judgment and decree dated 11.10.2022 in LAC No.223/2017 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal subject to deposit of the entire amount within twelve weeks failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.

4. The application stands disposed of.
