Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. Nobody appears for respondent nos.1 to 3, though served. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 505 days cauesed in filing the appeal.

The contention is that the the matter was referred to the Panel Advcoate for legal opinion regarding filing of the appeal and due to administrative reasons, the delay is caused.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the submission of the learned counsel as well as the period of delay, the delay can be condoned by imposing some cost.

Accordingly, the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned, subject payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the District Bar Association, Gondia within four weeks.
