This is an application filed by respondent no.1 for withdrawal of remaining 50% compensation with accrued interest in a dismissed appeal. The appeal was dismissed for non-filing of the paper book.

Learned advocate for the appellant submits that the paper book is ready, but he has not filed any application for restoration of the appeal.

In view of above, the application is allowed. 4.

Respondent no.1 - Sheikh Kadar Sheikh Rehman is allowed to withdraw the remaining/balance 50% amount of compensation with accrued interest.
