By the present Application, the Applicants/Respondents are seeking to correct the surname of the Respondents. This correction is sought on the count that the Respondents are holding Account in the surname 'Manware', however, their surname in the decree as also in the Appeal Memo is written as 'Manwar'. Accordingly, the correction is sought in the Appeal Memo.

To my mind, this will not serve the purpose, in as much as, the name of the Respondents continues as 'Manwar' in the decree passed by the Tribunal, which ultimately will be executed.

The learned Counsel for the Respondents seeks permission to withdraw the present Application with liberty to take appropriate steps for correction of name. Permission granted.
