By this application, the appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 1066 days in filing statutory appeal.

Having regard to the contents of the application, delay needs to be condoned. However, subject to certain costs. Delay of 1066 days in filing statutory appeal is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.3,000/- to be paid by the appellant to the Vidarbha Lady Lawyers' Association, Nagpur within three weeks from today. 3.
