Heard learned advocates for the parties.
The applicants, who are the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1, have made this application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation with interest. 3.
In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation with interest.

Their identity be verified by the Office at the time of actual withdrawal of the amount.
5.
They shall file affidavit stating that they are the only legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1.
6.
If they are able to establish their identity, the amount of compensation be paid over to applicant No.1- Sunita Wd/o. Maroti Kanthale, who is the constituted attorney for applicants Nos.2 to 6.
