This is an application filed by respondent nos.1a and 1b for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.11,60,656/- deposited by the appellant before the Reference Court with accrued interest.

In view of the facts stated in the application, applicants/respondent nos.1a and 1b are allowed to withdraw the entire amount deposited before the Reference Court with accrued interest, on furnishing usual undertaking.

50% amount be paid to respondent no.1a and 50% amount be paid to respondent no.1b.
