JUNE 19, 2025 1) The applicants/respondent Nos. 1.1 to 1.4 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon, deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which the learned counsel for the appellant has given no objection.

2) Considering the same, the application is allowed. 3) The Registry is directed to transfer the deposited amount of compensation, along with the accrued interest thereon, as per the award, on usual undertaking, to the bank accounts of the respective respondent Nos. 1.1 to 1.4, upon furnishing their bank account details to the registry within three weeks.
