Respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(d)/claimant is seeking withdrawal of an amount of Rs.58,08,692/- (Rs. Fifty Eight Lakhs Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Two) deposited by the appellant/acquiring body towards compensation with the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in Reference Case No. 1011/AMT/BLD/2022 alongwith interest.

Learned counsel for the appellant/acquiring body is not having any objection for such withdrawal. 4.

As such, respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(d)/claimant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued RR Jaiswal

2 21-fa-1171-24.odt thereon till the date of filing application before the Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of that Authority.

The application stands disposed of.
