By the present Application, the Applicants/Respondent Nos.1 to 6 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company.

I have perused the impugned Judgment. Considering the nature of evidence on record, the Respondent Nos.1 to 6 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on filing an undertaking that in case the Appeal is allowed, the said amount shall be redeposited with interest at such rate the Court may direct.
