CAF No. 883/2024 in First Appeal No. 413/2022 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 19.03.2024 This application is filed by the applicants for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant - Gulab Sona Dave, on record. It is stated that during the pendency of the appeal, the appellant passed away on 26.01.2024 leaving behind his heirs. Copy of the death certificate is enclosed with the application.

It is seen that the appellant passed away on 26.01.2024 and the present application for bringing LR's of deceased is filed on 29.02.2024 i.e. within time and right to sue survives. The application is supported by affidavit.

Hence, the application is allowed. Legal heirs of deceased appellant be brought on record.

Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo.
