CAF No. 913/2024 in CAF No. 871/2017 in First Appeal St. No. 17237/2016 Coram : Registrar (Judicial) Dated : 19.03.2024 By this application, the counsel for appellant seeks permission to substitute addresses of legal heirs of respondent no.1 by way of amendment.

It is stated in the application that the addresses of legal heirs of respondent no.1 are not proper as they are provided by other side. Thus, the counsel for appellant seeks permission to substitute the addresses as mentioned in the present application. The application is supported by affidavit.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Permission is granted to substitute/incorporate correct addresses of the legal heirs of respondent no.1 in CAF No. 871/2017 and in memo of appeal as mentioned in the present application by way of amendment. Thereafter office to issue notices to the aforesaid legal heirs of respondent no.1, returnable within six weeks.
