By the present Application, the Applicant/Appellant is seeking to extend time for compliance of order dated 11/10/2023. The learned Counsel for Applicant submits that order dated 11/10/2023 has been already complied, accordingly on instructions, she seeks permission to withdraw the Application. Permission granted.

Civil Application is disposed of, as withdrawn. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 2519 OF 2023 .

The learned Counsel for Applicant has invited my attention to the order dated 15/2/2024, by which, the Applicant was directed to file additional affidavit in support of the grounds for condoning delay. The learned Counsel states that delay has been already condoned vide order dated 11/10/2023, and

It appears that the order dated 15/2/2024 has been passed, presuming that the Application seeking to condone the delay was listed. Since the delay has been already condoned, no further order is required. The order dated 15/2/2024 stands recalled accordingly.
