By this Application, the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation with accrued interest deposited by the Appellant/Insurance Company. 2.

The learned Counsel submits that First Appeal has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 25/1/2024. The Appellant/Insurance Company has taken no steps to restore the Appeal.

On the strength of aforesaid submission, the Application seeking withdrawal of amount is allowed. 4.
