By this application, the respondent No.1 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company.

The learned counsel submits that First Appeal has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 25.1.2024. The appellant/Insurance Company has taken no steps to restore the appeal.

On the strength of aforesaid submission, the application seeking withdrawal of amount is allowed. 4.
