This is an application for permission to deposit the amount under award.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that four weeks time be granted to deposit the amount. 3.

The applicant shall deposit the entire amount along with interest accrued thereon within four weeks. 4.

If the said amount is deposited, the respondent No.1 - claimant is entitled for withdrawal of that amount.

Registry is directed to pay that amount along with interest accured thereon to the respondent No.1 - claimant.

It is also clarified that in case the applicant has not deposited entire amount and some amount is due,
