The appeal has been withdrawn by the insurance company.

2.

The prayer is made for withdrawal of amount along with accrued interest thereon and to disburse the same to the claimants as per apportionment shown in para 5 of the application.

The request to permit withdrawal can be considered. However, the disbursement of amount in the manner stated in para 5 cannot be.

The amount should be disbursed strictly in terms of the award passed by the Tribunal.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
