It is stated that the appellant no.1 Smt. Shantabai Fulchand Pande is expired on 04.01.2024 and her legal heirs are on record. Thus, the appellants pray for deletion of appellant no.1 as her legal heirs are already on record.

Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affiddavit, the same is allowed. The appellants are permitted to delete the name of appellant no.1 from the array of appellants, at the risk of the appellants.
