Heard learned counsel for the respondent No.1 - original claimant, who has no objection for condoning the delay. 2.

In the light of above, civil application is allowed as prayed.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 1018 OF 2025 3.

The counsel for the applicant on instructions, states that applicant is ready to deposit entire amount awarded by learned Tribunal along with interest accrued thereon, till the date of deposit, within four weeks with this Court. 4.

In view of the above statement, there shall be stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and award dated 18/09/2023 passed by the District Judge-1 and Ex-Officio Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Yavatmal in M.A.C.P. No.92/2019, subject to deposit of the entire amount along with interest thereon, within four weeks, failing which stay shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
