By present application, the applicant who was one of the claimants, is seeking to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- along with accrued interest thereon. The applicant was minor. He has now become major and accordingly has filed application.

I am informed that the appeal has been disposed of.

In view of above, the application is allowed, subject to verification of amount of compensation by the registry.

In other words the registry shall disburse the amount strictly in accordance with award passed by the Tribunal.
