O R D E R

(Passed on 13th December, 2025.) 1.

The matter is taken up before Lok Adalat. The matter is settled between appellant and respondent no. 2 insurance company on the condition that the insurance company agreed to pay the additional amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs Rupees) towards full and final settlement within the period of 60 days from the date of award, failing which insurance company agreed to pay the interest of 7.5% p.a. from the date of award till realization of the amount. The additional amount shall be deposited directly in the bank account of the Appellant.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of Form "N". It be treated as the part of the award.

The insurance company is directed to transfer the amount in the bank account of appellant as per the details provided in the pursis. 4.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.
