Present application seeking condonation of delay of 81 days in filing the aforesaid appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 05/10/2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Darwah, District Yavatmal in LAC Case No.10/2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is an illiterate and poor. He could not arrange money to file the appeal in time. The delay is not huge. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is ready to waive interest for the delayed period. Hence, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2 has no serious objection to condone the delay.
