1114/2024, vide order dated 23.04.2024, permission was granted to substitute the service upon respondent no.3 by paper publication in Tarun Bharat, Ahmadnagar Edition. However, the counsel for the appellant states that there is no news paper of Tarun Bharat publishes at Ahmadnagar. Thus, the counsel wants to publish the notice in 'Punya Nagari' news paper instead of 'Tarun Bharat'.

In view of the Pursis, appellant is permitted to effect the service upon the respondent no.3 by publishing notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper i.e.

("Punya Nagar", Ahmadnagar Edition) instead of 'Tarun Bharat'.
