It is stated in the application that during the pendency of the appeal, the respondent no.1 passed away on 01.02.2024 leaving behind his heirs. The copy of death certificate is filed on record vide Pursis St. No. 17/2024 dated 25.06.2024.

Perused the application. The application for bringing LR's of deceased respondent no.1 is filed on 28.02.2024 i.e. within time and right to sue survives.

Hence, the application is allowed. LR's of deceased respondent no.1 be brought on record. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo.
