This is an application in a disposed of appeal seeking direction to the Registry of this Court to discharge/return the bank guarantee of Rs.1,00,000/-, issued by the Union Bank of India, Telecom Nagar Branch, Nagpur. The purpose of furnishing the bank guarantee has been served. The appeal has been disposed of.

Learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that the application can be allowed.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The bank guarantee furnished by the appellant, as prayed for, be discharged/returned to the appellant.
