This is an application by learned advocate for respondent nos.1 to 4, seeking direction to the office to deposit the amount of compensation in the bank account of respondent no.1 - Smt.Ramabai HaridasMeshram. 2.

It is pointed out that the order for withdrawal of the amount of compensation has already been passed on 22.12.2023. Separate affidavits of respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 are filed on record, whereby they have recorded their no objection/consent for such order.

In view of this, the amount of compensation in terms of the order dated 22.12.2023, be deposited in the bank account of respondent no.1 - Smt. Ramabai Haridas Meshram.
