Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c) and 2 to 9 have made this application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation with accrued interest.

In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed. Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c) and 2 to 9 are allowed to withdraw 90% of the amount of compensation with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. 4.

Respondent No.1(c), who is the constituted attorney of the remaining respondents, is allowed to withdraw the amount on their behalf. He shall file an affidavit of distribution of the amount amongst the respondents. 5.
