In view of the facts stated in the application, subject to the appellant depositing entire decretal amount in this Court within eight weeks from today, there shall be stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and order dated 31.03.3021 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority in Land Acquisition Case No. 1403/AMT/YTL/2019, till disposal of the appeal.
