This is an application for withdrawal of the amount filed by respondent no.1.

3. In view of the facts stated in the application, applicant respondent no.1 is allowed to withdraw the amount of (Corrected as per Court's order dtd.21.6.2024) Rs.3,11,717/- Rs.3,11,177/- deposited by the appellant in this Court with accrued interest thereon, by filing usual undertaking.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

FIRST APPEAL NO. 585 OF 2022 Six weeks time is granted for filing private paper book. If paper book is not filed within six weeks, then the appellant shall pay the costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five thousand only).
