This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court. 2.

In view of the facts stated in the application, respondent no.1a - Sandip Shankarrao Tikhe, who is the constituted attorney of respondent nos.1b, 1c and 2, is allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, on their behalf, on furnishing usual undertaking.

Respondent no.1a shall file an affidavit within two weeks from withdrawal of the amount, in respect of distribution of the amount of share of respondent nos.1b, 1c and 2 to them.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
