The present Application is filed by the Respondent No. 1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant. The Appellant has deposited the entire amount of enhanced compensation of Rs. 76,99,862/-.

(2) The Appellant has no objection if 75% of amount is allowed to be withdrawn by the Respondent No. 1 as per the order dated 17/01/2025 passed by this Court in Civil Application (F) No. 3145/2024 in First Appeal No. 1107/2024.

(3) As such, the Application is allowed. The Respondent No. 1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of amount deposited by the Appellant ..
